Aquia Harbour is the premier gated community of Stafford County, Virginia. We are located approximately 45 miles south of Washington DC, 15 miles north of Fredericksburg and 70 miles north of Richmond. The historic Aquia Creek runs through our community providing a year-round navigable waterway leading to the Potomac River and on to the Chesapeake Bay. Beautiful woodlands surround our homes and give the community the feel of a delightful country setting. “The Harbour”, as we often refer to our community, encompasses over 2,000 acres including 400 acres of protected wetlands. Wildlife abounds; you can watch osprey fish the creek and see deer feeding in the surrounding forest. We are far enough away from the city to see a myriad of stars light the evening skies but close enough to be visiting the sites of Washington, DC in under an hour.

Hi All,

We have scheduled the child safety class. This is a parents only class so please do not bring any children as they will have to be turned away. We want to have frank and open discussions that will not be suitable for children. Sgt. English from Stafford County will be the speaker. We will try to cover several topics to include Internet safety. Please email me at aquiaharbourcc@gmail.com if you plan to attend. I want to try and have some refreshments available so a head count will help. If this goes well we will look at having a child safety class for the children in the near future. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Thanks...

Hi All,

I have been in touch with the Stafford County Sheriffs Office and spoke with the safety officer. He would be more than willing to come talk with us about the dangers facing our kids today and how to best protect them. This would be a parents only class. It would be educating you, the parents, so that not only are you better informed, but then you can decide the best approach in educating your children from what you learned. We would be looking at doing this in the month of November, during the week at 7:00 P.M. Once I get an idea of how many parents would like to attend I can give him a few dates in November and he will select one that fits his schedule. To determine interest please let me know if you would like to attend. I dont need names, but I need to have an idea of how many would like to attend. Please let your friends and neighbors know and ask them to also respond here. The quicker that I get an idea, the quicker we can lock in a date. He is extremely busy and...
