The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) normally meets every Wednesday to review applications from residents to make changes to their property. Meetings start at 5:00 p.m. (formerly 4:00 p.m.)

Association members seeking to make a change to the exterior of their property e.g. changing the exterior color scheme of the home, installing a shed, adding a fence etc. should submit a completed Application for Construction Approval form to the ACC. The form can be obtained from the business office or downloaded at http://aquiaharbour.org/policy/form/. Completed forms and any accompanying material can be dropped off or mailed to the business office or faxed to 540-659-0730. Applications should be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday to be reviewed that day.
