  3. Nov. 21 - The AHPOA business office will close at 12:30 p.m. for the Thanksgiving holiday.
  4. Nov. 22 & Nov. 23 - The AHPOA business office will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday.
  5. Nov. 26 - Unlimited yard waste collection
  6. Nov. 28 - Nov. & Dec. board work session. 7 p.m. at the business office.

    DUES AND ASSESSMENTS
    FY19 (4/1/18 to 3/31/19)
    For a Residence with Trash Service:
    • $1,524.00 If paid in full before 4/16/18
    • $1,564.00 If paid monthly - twelve payments of $127.00, plus a service charge of $40.00 paid as a lump sum at the beginning of the dues year.
    For a Residence without Trash Service (no new trash waivers will be accepted):
    • $1,284.00 If paid in full before 4/16/18
    • $1,324.00 If paid quarterly - twelve payments of $107.00, plus a service of charge of $40.00 paid as a lump sum at the beginning of the dues year.
    Monthly payments are due on the 1st day of each month.
    A late fee of $25.00 will be charged for dues that are unpaid after the 10th day of the month in which they were due and an interest charge of 1% monthly will be applied.
    Initiation Fee is $1,200.00 and is due within 30 days from closing/occupancy. The Initiation Fee is due for all new property owners and residents.
    When paying dues, property owners should be aware that any payment overage will be applied to the property owner's account which will then be applied to the next payment due.
