Just a reminder that you should have a sign up request in your email (also check your SPAM) authorized by the AHPOA via GATE SENTRY.
This email will allow you to set up your personal visitor management app that will go live on May 11th. This service is expected to reduce calls and data entry at the Front Gate by at least 75%, freeing them up to better manage access into the community and will make the community safer through tighter visitor management control. You will also be able to list your "always" authorized, "never" authorized or daily authorized guest saving you a great deal of time as well.
By contract your email will cannot be used by Sentry beyond the set up for anything else and cannot not be sold. Their service is built on securing this information and this company was well investigated by Lt. Thompson.
Think about it, you can plan for every visitor and when your visitor checks in at the Front Gate, you will get a text letting you know they have arrived! I know everyone won’t decide to use this service but we sure hope most of you will decide to participate. More efficient control of visitors means a safer community.
