    Featuring Chapoutier-based French bistro wines.

    $59 per person


    A Light Beginning

    Kale salad with apple, almonds and rose wine vinaigrette served with Chapoutier Mathilda Rose. Light and easy with slight notes of wild strawberry and cherry.

    Flavors of the Sea

    Seared ocean scallops with butternut squash caponata and crispy bacon, served with Chapoutier Marius White. Mineral and acid driving will pair great with the scallops and accent the bacon.

    The Main Attraction

    Veal medallions, prosciutto and shitake mushrooms with a red wine demi-glaze, served with asparagus and roasted potatoes and paired with Chapoutier Hermitage Rouge. A Syrah based with deep notes of earth, mushroom and black fruits.

    A Sweet Finish

    Pumpkin cheesecake with Chapoutier Banyuls dessert wine. Sweet with honey and notes of apricot.
