Finally - an explanation from Dominion Energy (Formerly Virginia Dominion Power) about the folks running around here on the little UTV's. Through July they will be numbering and inspecting manhole covers. This will require them going on people's property (yes this is legal) but as a courtesy they are door knocking first. This will continue through July. Dominion Energy apologizes for failing to notify the AHPOA as they discovered that step had been missed but said those properties affected "should have" gotten a notification post card.

All is well. Carry on and wishing you a wonderful weekend. Sat 70 and Sun 68 - That's what I'm talking about!
