2/26/22 – Special Members Meeting Result

February 26, 2022, special members meeting.

After initial validation process it appeared that there were 450 valid ballots.

Upon beginning the counting process it was determined that 6 ballots were invalid and could not count towards quorum.

The number of valid ballots was lowered to 444 with 448 required for a quorum.
