Draft agenda:

Gate Survey

As many know, the front gate has been a concern throughout the community. The Harbour is currently operating with the RFID (decal) system, which was once controlled with a gate arm. Other systems were also used in the past.
As we find the best solution for the front gate, we need your help! In order for us to better understand the needs of the community, we are asking owners to take an informal survey:
(survey now closed)
This will give us an idea of what the needs and wants of the community are, as it relates to the front gate. Please remember, that this is an informal survey to assist and guide the Board and Management in finding a permanent solution.
There will also be paper copies at the office! Please only one response per resident!

Job Posting – Part-Time Gate Guard/Dispatcher

The AHPOA is currently accepting résumés for a permanent part-time unarmed gate guard/dispatcher to staff its front gate. The position will involve shift work and weekends. Résumés should be emailed to resumes@aquiaharbour.org no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 23, 2022. Email ahpoa@aquiaharbour.org for more information.

3/14/22 – Business Office Closing Early

The AHPOA business office will close at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 14th. Payments and correspondence can be placed in the lock box to the left of the front door.
