Amended Parking on Common Areas Policy


At its November 2, 2022, regular meeting, the Board of Directors amended the policy on parking on common areas such that no property owner, guest, or contractor, shall park an automobile, commercial vehicle, boat trailer, boat with trailer, utility trailer, or recreational vehicle on common elements, such as parking lots, owned by the Association without the written consent of the General Manager of the Association. Long term storage of any RV, boat, trailer (or anything of the like) on any common area (to include all parks and open spaces) is prohibited, however, temporary short term storage (less than 72 hours) is permitted at Brent Park only with prior approval from the General Manager or designee. Vehicles as described above that are parked without approval in the Association common elements shall be towed at the owner’s expense.
