The AHPOA Annual Meeting will be held this Saturday October 17th from 10:30am – 12:00 noon.
The meeting will be a hybrid. Residents may attend in person at the Country Club (downstairs) where there will be light refreshments on the patio. For the meeting, masks and social distancing will be required. The ballot box will also be there. If you just want to drop off your ballot, you can drive around to the back of the Country Club and submit it to the ballot box anytime between 10am – noon. Residents can also attend electronically. The email distribution list has been sent the electronic link. If you haven’t voted for your AHPOA Board of Directors yet, please get your ballot in before noon on Saturday October 17th.
The annual meeting is the Resident’s Meeting. It also provides an opportunity to thank outgoing directors, review the progress of the last year, explain the voting process, announce the Employee of the Year and take questions from residents.
There will be an email following the annual meeting (after 3pm) to the resident email list which will identify the newly elected directors and a copy of the annual report. For clarification, this is not a budget meeting. The new budget does not get voted on until January 2021 and goes into effect April 2021.
