1/19/21 – Missed Recycling

County Waste experienced a mechanical issue with one of its trucks yesterday, Monday, January 18. Any recycling that was missed will be collected tomorrow. Please notify the business office, by phone or by emailing memberservices@aquiaharbour.org, no later than 9:30 a.m. tomorrow if you were one of those whose recycling was missed. County Waste apologizes for the inconvenience.

1/20/21 – Board Work Session and Public Comment on Draft Budget

January 20, 2021 – Board work session and public comment on the draft FY22 budget. The work session will be held at the Country Club (please wear a mask if attending) and on-line. If you would like to attend online, please email AHPOA@aquiaharbour.org. Computer cameras and microphones must be turned off and recordings of any kind are prohibited.
Resident participation is generally prohibited at work sessions, however, time will be set aside at this work session for residents to comment on the draft FY22 budget which is available upon request, for residents only, by emailing ahpoa@aquiaharbour.org. If you would like to comment on the draft budget at the work session, please email ahpoa@aquiaharbour.org to sign up.

Draft FY22 Budget

Copies of the draft FY22 budget and draft FY22 budget summary are now available for residents only. Please email AHPOA@aquiaharbour.org to request a copy. Residents wishing to comment on the draft budget may do so by signing up to speak at the board’s work session on Wednesday, January 20th. Email AHPOA@aquiaharbour.org to sign up. The work session will take place at the Country Club and on-line, beginning at 7:00 p.m.

Snow Angels

We have elderly and disabled residents in our community who will need help after a snowfall to clear driveways and walkways. If you are able to lend a helping hand, please send an email to AHPOA@aquiaharbour.org with your name, address and contact information and SNOW ANGELS in the subject line. If you would prefer to negotiate a fair price with a resident who is willing to pay to have their driveway cleared, be they disabled or able bodied, email the same information but with CLARENCE in the subject line.

We had a great response to this program last year and look forward to hearing from all the Snow Angels and Clarences out there this winter.

Kubota Mower – Invitation to Bid – Deadline Extended

Aquia Harbour is accepting sealed bids for a 2019 Kubota zero-turn mower with 350 hours.
