AHPOA Board of Directors holds 10 regular Board Meetings annually. These meetings are by the Board, for the Board to allow them to conduct the business of the Association. Residents are invited and encouraged to attend these meetings, however, resident participation is limited to the OPEN 30 segment in which each preregistered speaker is allotted 3 minutes to address the Board. Preregistration is required for the open 30 three hours prior to the meeting. Please provide resident information and topic to email@example.com if you would like to address the Board of Directors during the Open 30. Residents with complaints, suggestions or concerns can also initiate input by engaging the general manager at firstname.lastname@example.org or contacting the individual board members directly.
Regular Board Meetings
If you would like to attend the electronic meeting please email AHPOA@aquiaharbour.org. Residents in good standing will be added to the electronic meeting list. Computer cameras and microphones must be turned off and recordings of any kind are prohibited.
Resident participation is prohibited at work sessions though residents are invited and encouraged to observe.
