AHWC is a community service organization with an emphasis on helping those in our own backyard. The Adopt a Family Program, Coat Drive, Adopt-a-Classroom, and Annual Scholarship Award are just a few examples of the work we do to benefit Aquia Harbour residents and our Stafford County neighbors. The Harbour’s Christmas Tree Lighting event and Easter Egg Hunt, both sponsored by the AHWC, are two annual community highlights. We host a variety of themed monthly meetings such as a Pirate Bingo, Pajama Party, Bunco and a Cinco de Mayo Fiesta.
As you can tell, AHWC members truly have fun while embracing our community.
Meetings are held the second Tuesday night of each month (September through June) at 7:15 PM. The location changes monthly.
