AHPOA Board of Directors holds 10 work sessions annually. These meetings are used by the Board to create the agenda for the regular Board Meetings, which occur a week later. They are normally held at the Business Office conference room but at present are being held at the Country Club.
The November and December board work sessions and November and December regular board meetings are normally combined. The 2021 November/December work session will take place on December 1 and the November/December board meeting will take place on December 8.
Resident participation is prohibited at work sessions though residents are invited and encouraged to observe. Residents with complaints, suggestions or concerns can also initiate input by engaging the general manager at firstname.lastname@example.org or contacting the individual board members directly or sending an email to the Board Secretary at email@example.com.
