AHPOA Board of Directors holds 10 regular Board Meetings annually. These meetings are by the Board, for the Board to allow them to conduct the business of the Association. Residents are invited and encouraged to attend these meetings, however, resident participation is limited to the OPEN 30 segment in which each preregistered speaker is allotted 3 minutes to address the Board. Preregistration is required for the open 30 three hours prior to the meeting. Please provide resident information and topic to kshaw@aquiaharbour.org if you would like to address the Board of Directors during the Open 30. Residents with complaints, suggestions or concerns can also initiate input by engaging the general manager at gm@aquiaharbour.org or contacting the individual board members directly.
The November and December board work sessions and November and December regular board meetings are normally combined. The 2021 November/December work session will take place on December 1 and the November/December board meeting will take place on December 8.
