AHPOA DUES AND ASSESSMENTS
FY22 – (4/1/21- 3/31/22)
Including Trash Service:
$1,596.00 If paid in full by 4/1/21.
$1,636.00 If paid monthly – Twelve payments of $133.00, plus an annual surcharge of $40.00 charged as a lump sum with the April payment if not signed up for ACH through the AHPOA Business Office.
- Monthly payments are due on the 1st day of each month. Late payments (received after the 10th of the month) are subject to an additional $25 fee.
- Annual surcharge for making installment payments – $40.00
- Our Direct Payment option allows residents to have their monthly dues directly debited from their checking account via ACH. If you would like to participate in the program, please complete and return the form with a voided check to the Business Office. This option avoids the $40.00 annual surcharge.
- If using ClickPay, please allow 1-2 business days for the AHPOA to receive eCheck payments and 5-7 business days to receive Credit/Debit card payments.
- Statements will be sent to the email of record. If you wish to receive print statements, please make this request with the Business Office. If you select the AHPOA ACH option, you will not receive a statement, electronic or paper.
Initiation Fee $2,500.00 Due 30 days from closing. Applies to all new property owners.
$1,200.00 Due 30 days from start of lease. Applies to all new tenants.
