State of the Harbour 9-21-20

VA State Compliance – AHPOA employees have been going through training and changes to ensure State 16VAC25-220 COVID19 compliance. The state guidelines are extensive and designed to keep employees safe during the pandemic. Requirements include daily temperature checks, making PPE available, risk assessment, mitigation where feasible (closed business office, telework options, staggered shifts), social distancing, masks, CDC approved cleaning criteria, handwashing etc. We have been very fortunate so far and are doing all we can to keep our employees and our residents safe.

MCBQ is reporting training operations through September 27th. If its not a thunderstorm rattling your house, it’s probably the Marines. Oorah!

Halloween – HEC is planning our outdoor Trunk or Treat event at Harbour Inn & Pool Parking lot on October 31st from 2-5. Trunk or Treat is regarded as a safer alternative to trick-or-treating. Trick-or-Treat will be from 6p-9p. Please turn your porch light OFF if you do not intend on participating. Participants are encouraged to social distance and wear masks and reflective clothing. To donate decorations/candy/vehicle for this event contact Hec.events@yahoo.com
