PUBLIC SAFETY – Public safety is fully staffed and operational. You can reach the Gate/PD 24/7 at 540-659-5224. Please continue to use GATE SENTRY for guests and vendors.
PANTRY – STARTING MONDAY 3/30/20 (after the blood drive on Sunday) We are unlocking the Harbour Inn 1417 Washington Drive from 9am to 5pm daily. Use the side door by the trash cans for access to drop off what you can share or pick up what you need. This will be overseen by our Aquia Harbour Girl Scout Troop 412. Thank you, girls! They will be in nightly to separate things out. The Harbour has cameras for security purposes that are monitored by dispatch. Please follow CDC hygiene and safety guidelines.
DONATIONS – Pay Pal HEC.email@example.comThe Harbour Events Club will be the collection point for monetary donations to help Aquia Harbour residents affected by the COVID19 health crisis. Those in need should send an email to HEC.TRT@yahoo.com. Those who wish to donate can go to Pay Pal and “send money” to HEC.firstname.lastname@example.org. This fund will mostly be used for our volunteers to purchase groceries for those in need. Any funds remaining at the end of this, will stay with the Harbour Events Club (HEC) and will go to fund neighborhood events and activities. Thank you for your generosity and thank you HEC.
MARINA – The Marina will be keeping WEEKEND hours. 8-5 Saturdays and Sundays. CDC guidelines will be followed and only one customer at a time will be permitted in the ship store. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the Marina you can reach the manager directly at 703-409-4978
GOLF – The golf manager and superintendent are fully engaged and are dedicated to a re-opening as soon as we feel we can provide a safe environment. In the meantime, the course and driving range are open to members, private golf carts can be used and footgolf is permissible after 11am and at no charge.

STAFFORD – Thank you to Aquia BoCS Supervisor, Cindy Shelton and Griffis-Widewater BoCS, Tinesha Allen for checking in to make sure Aquia Harbour was not in need of anything. We appreciated the check-in so much. RAHD reports that Stafford County has nine confirmed cases of Coronavirus. 4,470 have been tested statewide. There are 290 confirmed cases, 45 hospitalized, seven deaths. If there are elderly persons or those with underlying health conditions who cannot leave their homes, please call the Sheriff’s Office at (540) 658-4400 for assistance. FREE SCHOOL HELP – From a former resident. While you are homeschooling/remotely /digitally educating your kids, if you need assistance with understanding something that has been assigned for your child, navigating online resources, or need more resources, just give me a shout! I am a 3rd grade teacher, but can assist parents/guardians of children across the elementary grades to the best of my ability. I’ll be happy to answer questions both academically and technical! Business Office – Phones, dues, disclosure packets, ACC applications are all being processed remotely. NEW RESIDENTS should contact member services to receive instructions on what needs to be sent in and to set up a phone orientation email@example.com. RFID decals will not be issued until the office reopens. Billing questions can be answered at 540-699-6682.
